What do you do?
I’m a student now studying and getting trying to get visual arts major. Aside from that I usually draw, design, write and other stuff. I also play video games (mostly Nintendo), and I am searching for a job as of now. I do however hope to start my own game company and make entire franchises out of creations.
What do you see as the biggest opportunity in your industry?
If some one gives you advice or an invitation to something big wether you care for it or not, that’s a big opportunity.
If there is a market for something and you have a good idea, work on that ASAP. What a person sees as a great idea may not always sell but if you execute that idea well and release it when there is demand for that, that is a big opportunity.
What impact will changes in your industry have on consumers? the world?
The Industry I want to be in is the video gaming industry. The biggest thing now is mobile and everyone, including my favorite developer, Nintendo, is taking part in the market.
I prefer to use consoles or hand held but I can see why going mobile will be important. Most people use mobile devices to play games nowadays and it looks like that will be the trend for a long while.
What is your biggest goal right now?
To make the projects I have in my mind a reality, get to know other big names in the industry and continue making games, art and stories for the future. For now I’m doing concept art and writing characters and stories but I hope to interpret these into game material very soon.
What kind of support or types of people do you need to accelerate your success?
People who are skilled with making games, animation, programming, designing in both 2D and 3D and lots of other fields. People who are dedicated and can help create a new world is a definite plus. I can’t do it alone, I hope to be quick with one project I deem to be my first game but in order for that to happen and make it’s done well I need a game development team.
What makes you or your work different from everybody else?
I take what I like, make an original twist on it, make it better, and make it so it appeals to more people than the original idea.
Basically I may not be totally original but I don’t straight up rip off people or plagiarize, I instead give it a fresh twist but make it familiar.
I also have m own art style and I’ve made a number of characters that I hope to build on.
Thank you!
