What do you do?
I am a multidisciplinary experimental artist. I have turned my attention to experimental Fractals. A lot of my Art Images are of Fractals and for those who do not know what a Fractal it is an image built with math, a repetition of the same geometric module over and over, Self same similarity if you will, with different dimensions, according to a mathematical function. Fractal geometry is a new way of looking at the world; we have been surrounded by natural patterns, unsuspected but easily recognized in everything and everybody. I use several different programs to blend and manipulate the range of possibilities allowed through my choices. Some may not consider my work Art but I assure you I put as much work, blood sweat and tears if not more into my work. I believe that the quality of the actual work is what is paramount.
What do you see as the biggest opportunity in your industry?
The lack of competition not that I mean I better than anyone else it just that there are a lack of Artists working in 3D and Fractals. There are alot of Photographers and landscape painters but Fractals are rather new on the scene.
What impact will changes in your industry have on consumers? the world?
I would hope that my art would bring popularity to the power of 3D and Fractals in Art
What is your biggest goal right now?
I would love to recognize fractals in the world around them and more appreciate the beauty of fractals. I would hope that they would become more popular!
What kind of support or types of people do you need to accelerate your success?
I would love to see more people buy fractal art to hang in their home to appreciate their amazing characteristics.
What makes you or your work different from everybody else?
Computers I work totally digital. Everyone one of my images excluding Photography is done totally in software that renders the fractals. Not until the early 90’s was this even possible.
Thank you!
