> High School & College Students (Ballard High School, Campbellsville University, University of Louisville, etc)
> Outplacement Services (newest service offering)
> Non-Profit Agencies (i.e. Jewish family & Career Services, Goodwill Industries, Kentuckiana Works, etc)
What do you see as the biggest opportunity in your industry?
The biggest opportunity in the industry is to provide our services on a nationwide basis at an affordable rate. We want to become the “H&R Block” of the job skill workship and finding employment industry in the country!!
What impact will changes in your industry have on consumers? the world?
We will bring innovative approaches that are radically different from the current staid methods. There will no longer be the outrageously priced services. These services currently vary from $500 – $5,000 per person.
What is your biggest goal right now?
Our biggest goal is to get the message out. Make the people aware that there are affordable and professional servies available. Let the industry know that we are taking a leadership position in this new frontier. We are willing to be “David” of “David vs Goliath” fame and placing under-employed and/or unemployed individuals in satisfying careers.
What kind of support or types of people do you need to accelerate your success?
We are currently searching for clients, on a nationwide basis, that will provide us with long-term contracts and/or 50 potential franchisees that want to become part of our exciting and dynamic organization!!
What makes you or your work different from everybody else?
Our innovative instructors are former HR professionals and can tell you exactly what an employer expects during an interview. They teach from a “real world” perspective. This enables our participants to gain a competitive advantage in today’s job market.
