What do you do?
I am the Chairman of The Ozarks SySTEAMic Coalition – promoting science, technology, engineering, the arts, and math throughout the entire Ozarks region.
What do you see as the biggest opportunity in your industry?
Showcasing all the wonderful and intriguing schools and businesses in the area.
What impact will changes in your industry have on consumers? the world?
We are changing peoples mindset of the importance of the STEAM fields and
showcasing/spotlighting both amateur and professional STEAM projects and creations intended to put the Ozarks on the “global STEAM dashboard”
What is your biggest goal right now?
Locating the Industrial Makers within our region as there is no platform for them to communicate with each other.
What kind of support or types of people do you need to accelerate your success?
Those determined to make a difference by helping us get the word out of a Maker Faire event we are organizing, The Ozarks Mini Maker Faire & Innovation Expo- Saturday, August 29, 2015.
What makes you or your work different from everybody else?
We are an all volunteer group looking to propel the Maker Movement in our region.
